ELD Update
On July 25, 2023, FMCSA removed the following four ELDs from the list of registered ELDs due to the companies' failure to meet the minimum requirements established in 49 CFR part 395, subpart B, appendix A.
The four devices that are being removed are the following:

ELD Model number: PRS
ELD Identifier: PRS139
ELD Provider: Primeld
#4:
ELD Name: SECURE ELD
ELD Model number: SRS
ELD Identifier: SRS224
ELD Provider: WBCS Group LLC
It is now on the FMCSA’s Revoked Devices list.
Motor carriers and drivers who use the device must take the following actions:
Discontinue using the revoked device(s). Paper logs can be used until a new ELD device is acquired.
Replace with compliant ELD(s) from the Registered Devices list before September 23, 2023.
Remember: Motor carriers have 60 days to replace the revoked device.
If motor carriers or any drivers continue to use the revoked ELD ONE device on or after September 23, 2023, they will be in violation of 49CFR 395.8(a)(1) - “No record of duty status” and drivers will be placed out-of-service in accordance with the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) OOS Criteria.
